A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Daegu District Court due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. On February 22, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) was driving a Branchising car under the influence of 0.122% of blood alcohol concentration on February 18, 202, along one lane of four-lane road at the 142.2km west-ro, west-ro, west-ro, west-ro, west-ro, west-ro, west-do. In such a case, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle, was negligent in driving the motor vehicle while driving the motor vehicle, due to negligence while driving the motor vehicle and driving the motor vehicle on three-lane-lanes while changing the motor vehicle into three-lane due to negligence, while neglecting to drive the motor vehicle in three-lane-lane under the influence of alcohol.

Around 18:40 on February 22, 2020, the Defendant driven a fluoring car under the influence of alcohol by approximately 0.122% of the blood alcohol concentration at a distance of about 20 km from the Don-don-don-don-don-don, Nam-don-don-don-don-don-don-do to the Doncheon-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-don-do.

As a result, the defendant, who was punished for a drunk driving, was driving again under the influence of alcohol.
