However, the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs alone is difficult to recognize the fact that the plaintiffs entered into a partnership agreement with the defendant et al. for the production and sale of feed, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. Thus, the plaintiffs' claim cannot be accepted.
