The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate listed in the attached Table.

Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an infant of the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff, Defendant hereinafter), and C is the Plaintiff’s mother-child and the Defendant’s wife.

B. C filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for divorce and consolation money under the Hongsung Branch Branch of Daejeon Family Court 2018Dhap20048, and around November 30, 2018 during the lawsuit, the following conciliation was established.

1. C and B shall be divorced.

2. B: B, until December 31, 2018, the list of real estate by division of property.

2. Each procedure for the registration of ownership transfer shall be implemented in the current state with respect to the real estate in paragraph (4) (4) (4), paragraph (5) (127 square meters in the Chungcheongnam-gun budget E-gun), and paragraph (6) (125 square meters in the Nam-gun budget E-gun), respectively;

3. C: A list of real estate B by December 31, 2018.

2.As joint collateral, each of the immovables listed in paragraphs 1, 4 and 5 shall take over the obligation of KRW 75 million loaned from the G Union.

4. C: A list of real estate offered as joint collateral by March 31, 2019 for the obligations set out in paragraph 3.

2. The Daejeon District Court’s budget registry office of the Daejeon District Court on June 23, 200 with respect to the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage, which was made under No. 10487 on June 23, 200, and the registration of the establishment of a superficies, which was made under No. 27343 on November 21, 201, shall be revoked.

5. C shall list of the real estate listed in paragraph 2 by the date of B’s death.

2. The immovables of paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 shall be leased free of charge;

B shall use and benefit from the above real estate pursuant to Article 610 of the Civil Code. If C fails to perform its duty of free lease to a third party before B dies, C shall pay 50 million won to B as damages.

6. C: A list of real estates by December 31, 2018.

2. The request for provisional seizure of each real estate as stated in paragraphs (1) through (6) shall be withdrawn, and the execution thereof shall be rescinded; and

7. The obligations of paragraphs 2 and 3 and those of paragraph 6 shall be fulfilled simultaneously.

8. B: 10,000,000 won as consolation money to C shall be the 20th day of each month from January 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019.
