A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment by committing a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act at the Incheon District Court on February 14, 2019, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2019.

No person, other than an entrusted business operator of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted them, and no person shall do so by using such things.

Nevertheless, on December 4, 2018, the Defendant visited “B”, which is an illegal gambling site using the Internet, and entered as a member, and deposited KRW 1,150,000 in the account under the name of C (E) designated by the operator as a deposit account, and deposited in a game machine in the same amount as the corresponding amount, and deposited it in the same amount as the corresponding amount. As a result of domestic and foreign sports games, the Defendant distributed game money, carried out gambling by means of receiving a certain percentage of dividends depending on whether it was fit, and carried out gambling by means of receiving a certain percentage of dividends from the time to January 21, 2019, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and deposited KRW 87,13,000 in total in the account designated by the operator of the said site in the above manner.
