A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who entered the Republic of Korea around August 2006, is the husband of D and the father of E (10 years of age).

1. Violence;

A. At around 23:00 on February 2, 2009, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the head, arms, and legs of the victim on his own drinking, while talking about the victim D in front of the restaurant located in the Bluedong in Gwangju-si.

B. On February 3, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim by walking eight times the head of the victim E, on the ground that under the influence of alcohol from the Defendant’s office stairs located in Gwangju-si, the Defendant was under actual stress.

2. Around December 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) demanded the victim D to engage in sexual intercourse at the above Defendant’s home, but was taken by the victim’s body, the victim was refused to engage in such sexual intercourse, taken the body of the victim, followed by drinking the body of the victim, and used the knife, the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife

3. Around 01:00 on February 14, 2014, the injured Defendant returned home with the victim E at the above Defendant’s home, but was waiting for the outside of the country, and caused the injury to the victim by putting the victim’s arms into six times with the clothes, thereby undermining the victim’s left elbow elbs, etc.

4. On February 14, 2014, around 09:30 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant threatened the victim D, who was going to go to E at the above Defendant’s house, with a knife (18cm in blade length) that is a dangerous object in his/her main room, and used the victim to display his/her knife, and “I will die and die if I do not live to the same.”

5. A defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by a group, deadly weapon, etc.) shall be the head of the victim E at the above defendant's home around February 14, 2014.
