A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and B decided to cut cash in a type of printed machine for the purpose of raising living expenses, and around 15:30 on October 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a type of cash lock in a type of printed machine that the Victim F managed by the Victim F by using the monitner in advance; and (b) B removed KRW 5,000 in cash in a cash box.
As a result, the defendant and B stolen the victim's property together.

1. Around December 5, 2019, the Defendant found one copy of the I Credit Card (Credit Card Number J) owned by the victim who lost the victim H at the bus stops located in front of the G Center in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.
The Defendant, while not taking necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above, embezzled.
2. On December 5, 2019, at around 13:31, 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased bus riding tickets equivalent to KRW 61,00,00 at the market price from the victim’s name dissatisfy; (b) acquired the above amount from the said victim by means of settling the price by using the I Credit Card in the name of H acquired as if he/she was a legitimate licensee; and (c) from around that time to December 17:10 of the same year, the Defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to KRW 1,824,360 over 61 times in total, as stated in [Attachment Table No. 1-61] to December 17:10 of the same year; (d) as described in 62, the Defendant attempted to purchase an electronic tobacco of KRW 13,00 from the victim K by means as above, but did not carry out the intent of the victim’s reporting to the police.
3. On December 5, 2019, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased bus boarding tickets of an amount equivalent to KRW 61,000 at the market price from the victim’s non-dissured names; and (b) purchased the bus tickets using the I credit card under the H’s name, as he/she was the legitimate licensee.
