A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On October 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim F: (a) 02:00, the lower court: (b) intruded into the building through the window opened on the front side of the H 1st floor operated by the G victim of Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City on the lower end of October 2013; (c) 20,000 won of the market price owned by the victim in the front air conditioners located therein; and (d) 20,000 won of the market price.
