The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant worked as a caregiver who is in charge of the victim D (n, 84 years of age) of hospitalized older persons in Dongbcheon-si B.

No person shall abandon any older person under his/her protection and supervision, or neglect the basic protection and medical treatment, including food, clothing and shelter.

However, in full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone alone that the defendant neglected the treatment of the victim hospitalized in the Medical Care Center.

It is insufficient to view it, and there is no other evidence to prove it.

A.
