피고인들은 위와 같은 방법으로 위 기간 동안 위 공장에서 우리나라 특허청에 상표권자 프랑스 ‘루이비통말레띠에’사가 등록한 상표 ‘루이비통(LOUIS VUITTON, 등록번호 제0486180호 등)', 상표권자 ’샤넬‘사가 등록한 상표 '샤넬(CHANEL, 등록번호 제0304806호 등)’, 상표권자 이탈리아 ‘구치오구치쏘시에떼퍼아찌오니’사가 등록한 상표 ‘구치(GUCCI, 등록번호 제0070354호)’, 상표권자 ‘토리 버치’가 등록한 상표 ‘토리 버치’(TORY BURCH, 등록번호 제0997202호)‘, 이탈리아 ‘살바토레 페라가모 이탈리아 에스.피.에이’사가등록한 상표 ‘살바토레 훼레가모(SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, 등록번호 제0137670호)’, Bally Schuhfabriken AG사가 등록한 상표 ‘발리(BALLY, 등록번호 제491694호)'의 위조 상표가 부착된 약 4,045켤레(정품 추정 시가 약 3,943,875,000원 상당)의 여성 구두를 제작하여 판매하고, 2014. 7. 9.경 위 상표를 부착하여 제작한 구두 총 341켤레(정품 시가 약 271,390,000원)를 위 공장에 판매할 목적으로 보관하고, 위 ’구치‘, ’토리 버치‘, ’샤넬‘, ’루이비통'의 위조 상표가 인쇄된 원단, 원단을 인쇄하기 위한 금형, 위조 상표 장식 등을 위조 상표 구두 제조에 사용할...
