Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2013, at around 00:24, the Defendant discovered a LG interview 2 mobile phone in an amount of KRW 600,000 at the market price, which is owned by the victim and left the seat in the bus bus C 1005-1, which was parked at the bus stop located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
