A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On September 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 4 months with labor for a violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users, 10 months for fraud, etc. at the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court. On September 6, 2019, the Defendant completed the execution of each of the above punishment in the Daegu Prison.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (joint dangerous act) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) from around 01:30 on December 17, 2019 to around 02:50 on December 17, 2019, the Defendant driven approximately 2.4 km BMW C600 ambs on the number bits without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the two kinds of parks located in the West-gu, Daegu-gu to the front road in the Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, and caused danger to traffic by driving the bitW C60 ambs without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from around 2.4 km.

2. On December 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from around 22.01:30 on December 22, 2019, to around 02:42, from around December 22, 2019, the violation of the Road Traffic Act; (b) from around 01:01:30 on December 22, 2019 to around 02:42, the Defendant driving without the license for a motor vehicle; (c) from the two categories of parks located in Seogu-gu to the low-speed Tri-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant driving without the license for a motor vehicle; and (d) drive a yellow yellow VF off on the road without the license for a motorcycle in about 20km section from around the 20km road near the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant’s driving without the license for a motor vehicle; and (d) driving without the license for a traffic hazard in front, rear or right by reducing it to the front and rear side.
