Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant A sold pseudo petroleum products under the trade name of “F” in Da and Daegu Suwon-gu, and Defendant A conspired to pay KRW 200,000 to Defendant A each month out of the operating income generated by the operation of the said business.

Defendant

A and D sold an average of 5 cans per day by selling 23,000 won per cans (18 liters) pseudo petroleum products which combine A and D with Eeluta to customers from June 29, 2013 to October 2, 2013.

2. Defendants A and B sold pseudo petroleum products with the trade name “H” in Daegu Suwon-gu G, and Defendant A conspired to pay KRW 200,000 to Defendant A each month out of business profits generated from the operation of the said business.

From early June 2013 to June 20, 2013, the Defendants sold an average of eight cans per day by selling 23,000 won per cans (18 liters) pseudo petroleum products mixed with Aela or Melela to customers visiting the above business establishment within the scope of “H” to customers.
