The defendant is innocent.

1. On July 3, 2012, the summary of the facts charged: (a) the Defendant issued a false statement of tax amounting to KRW 91,380,00 in total amount from July 3, 2012 to July 24, 2012 to the Fund and the Fund in the Fund in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “the instant tax invoice”) to the Fund in charge of the settlement of accounts, without supplying goods such as goods to the Fund and the Fund in the Fund in charge of the settlement of accounts; (b) the Defendant issued a false statement of tax amounting to KRW 91,380,000 in total, 14 times from July 3, 2012 to July 24, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as “the instant tax invoice”).

A. The Defendant, from the police to the instant court, supplied goods, such as the Plaintiff F and the Plaintiff, a sales office, to the Plaintiff, and accordingly claimed that the instant tax invoice is not false since the Plaintiff issued the instant tax invoice.

B. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined, ① the Defendant was charged with imprisonment with prison labor for the 2015 High Court Decision 2015No3610, May 27, 2016; ② the Defendant was issued with a two-year grace period from July 3, 2012 to July 24, 2017, and was issued with a false tax invoice for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant was issued with a false tax invoice for the total of KRW 909,705,00 on 13 occasions; and (b) the Defendant was supplied with the police office prior to the Seoul High Court Decision 2015No3610, Sept. 201; and (c) the Defendant was supplied with the Seoul High Court Decision 201, Sept. 20, 2016 to the Seoul High Court Decision 201, which was issued with a two-year grace period from September 20, 2016.

The fact that the defendant stated, and (4) the defendant has received the payment from the Fund for the Settlement of Disputes and the Fund for the Settlement of Disputes and the Fund for the Settlement of Disputes, and the Fund for the Settlement of Disputes shall pay the price.
