Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2012, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement on behalf of the said merchant federation, on behalf of the vice president of the said merchant federation, which is a lessor, and B was the lessee of the said merchant federation. The lessee entered into a lease agreement with the content that the front office of the building columns in the second underground floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was used as the office for the third vice president.
