A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the representative of the “D” in Busan Northern District B Apartment Co., Ltd., and is the business owner who entered into a contract with the council of occupants' representatives on May 6, 2020 to carry out the said construction work with three full-time workers from May 11, 2020.
The business owner shall ensure that workers engaged in the work in danger of falling shall wear safety caps and wear safety belts at a place at risk of falling not less than two meters in height, and in the case of the installation of a monthly vision, he/she shall install the fiber in the middle of the month in such a manner that one end is not covered by the beam, the other end is visible, the other end is visible, and the safety arm and the rescue rope are installed in the middle of the month in such a place at risk of falling, and shall have a duty of care to take necessary measures to prevent industrial accidents that may occur when workers are engaged in the work at a place at risk of falling.

Accordingly, the defendant is in danger of falling as above.
