A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2015, at around 23:15, the Defendant: (a) sent a 112 report from the Jeju Mine Police Station Embox, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mine Police Station Embox, who was called out after receiving 112 report while carrying out a scambling box, around 23:15, around the D week located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) sent the above F and G.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a tree, a dangerous object, and interfered with the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning 112 reporting duties.
