1. Defendant A

A. 1) The Defendant, as a family owner, did not have any other income than her husband E’s non-specified income, and did not have any intention or ability to complete payment even if she borrowed money from the victim D for the purpose of paying children’s education expenses and living expenses. Nevertheless, around October 2, 2008, the Defendant, at the home of the victim, Jinjin-gu, Seoul, 102 Dong 1109, borrowed money from her husband to 10% on a monthly interest rate of 10%, stating that “if she borrowed money from her husband to her husband, he/she would have to pay her interest without the mold up to 20% on October 20, 201.” As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 600,000 from her national bank account under the name of the Defendant (number:G) to 100,000,000 from 10,000 shares of the Defendant’s apartment, 2130,000,0.

Around February 9, 2011, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 7 million from the victim to the above account under the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 141,700,000 from that time to August 22, 2011, as shown in attached Table 2, from the time, and acquired the money by defrauding KRW 141,70,000 in total over 18 times as shown in attached Table 2.

B. On February 4, 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 104 Dong-dong, 1108, the purpose of the forgery of private documents and the uttering of the falsified Private Document, is to use the I’s seal on the name column of the joint and several surety for the money borrowed in the name column of “I”, “I” in the address column, and “J” in the resident registration number column.
