Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of H in front of the Busan Dong-gu G with a 1112 report that the Defendant would not pay the taxi fee under the influence of alcohol; (b) on the part of the Gyeongbu Police Station International District of the Busan Dong Police Station, which was called out by the Defendant; and (c) committed assault on the part of the Defendant to pay the taxi fee and return home from the Gyeongbu Police Station of the Busan Dong-gu Police Station; and (d) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reporting 112.
