A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2020, the Defendant exchanged with the victim D (V, 8 years old, E) and telephone numbers that were known through a magnetic Stockholm case at the office of the Defendant at Sinsi, Sinsi, B, and C around May 12, 2020, and exchanged contact.

At around 17:20 on the same day, the Defendant sent the victim the message “Sakaox” to “Sakaoogle” and received a copy of the photograph taken by the victim at around 17:28 on the same day from the victim who responded to the message.

At around 17:41 on the same day, the Defendant continued to transmit to the victim the message, “The Defendant 17:41 Kakaoo Kakaoo,” “The Defendant was sent a copy of a photograph exposed to the victim’s chest, taken by the victim at around 17:43 on the same day from the victim who responded to the message.”

Around 17:15 on May 13, 2020, the Defendant sent a message, “ any longer, any longer, any longer, the video recorded by the Defendant was transmitted more than 12 seconds of the video recorded by the Defendant at around 17:15, and the more, any longer, any longer, the more, the lower, of the video recorded by the Defendant.”

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse such as sexual harassment that causes a sense of sexual shame to children, and at the same time produced obscene materials for children and juveniles.
