A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for special robbery, etc. in the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court on August 12, 201, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. on March 23, 2012; on May 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on May 25, 2012; on August 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment for night building intrusion larceny at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of each sentence on November 2, 2013.

On January 6, 2014, at around 02:20, the Defendant discovered a cash payment machine owned by the victim Korean electronic financial company located in the front of the "Dart" located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and pushed down the cash payment machine in a manner that the money in question can be injected up and sealed up, and then the said cash payment machine was sealed up in both hands and hand. However, the Defendant attempted to arrest the police officer and failed to commit the act, even though he/she discovered a 112 patrol vehicle from among the three parts installed in front of the cash storage box at the bottom of the cash payment machine due to the shock.

In this respect, the Defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, committed another larceny crime.

On August 12, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for special robbery, etc. in the Daejeon District Court's Branch of the Daejeon District Court on August 12, 2005; on March 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc.; on May 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for special larceny from the Busan District Court's Branch of the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on May 25, 2012; on August 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment for night building intrusion theft at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of each sentence on November 2, 2013.
