If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on January 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in front of the apartment house in which the Defendant was living in Busan, the victim C (29 years of age) who used the same apartment house used to assault and injure himself; and (b) against this, the victim C (29 years of age) was flicked, against which the victim’s face was flicked, and the victim’s face was flicked so that it is difficult to know the number of days of treatment.
