1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. L and M were married to Defendant H on December 10, 1919, and married to her, and under the Schonam N&A, etc. In the latter case, L were dead on April 7, 1990, and M were dead on March 17, 1991, respectively. 2) N married to theO on November 10, 194, and left her head South-North P. P was married to the Defendant H on April 10, 1969, and P was employed as Defendant I, J, and K as his child.
After that, N died on January 18, 1985.
3) On December 16, 1959, A married with the Plaintiff B and had the Plaintiff C, D, E, F, and G as their children. (B) L on February 13, 1989, as to the instant real estate No. 2, the date on which the P ownership transfer registration was completed in the future, is indicated as February 18, 1989, but it appears that the first and third real estate of this case and the order number are the same.
P completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 2, 1989 with respect to the real estate Nos. 1, 2, and 3 in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “the real estate Nos. 1, 2, and 3” in sequential order) on his own.
2) P on February 24, 1995, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502), real estate No. 4, 5, listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate No. 4, 5,” in sequence, refers to “each of the instant real estate” when real estate Nos. 1 through 5 is referred to together.
(C) On November 23, 2017, the Defendants jointly inherited the net P’s property according to the inheritance shares, following the death of the Defendants on February 10, 1985.
2) On April 27, 2018, A, while the instant lawsuit was pending, died on April 27, 2018, the Plaintiffs jointly inherited the property of the deceased and succeeded to the instant lawsuit according to the inheritance shares. [In the absence of dispute over the grounds for recognition, the evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 5-1 through 5, 5-1 through 5, 6-1, 6-2, 3, 7-1 through 5, 8-1, 2, 3, and 9-1, 9-2, 3, and 1.
