On May 5, 2017, the Defendant, around 03:20 on May 5, 2017, driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.084% while under the influence of alcohol level of about 1km from the road front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the same road front of the same 45 roads.

1. On August 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a ice C car at approximately 300 meters away from the sand and spke village distance road located in the south-dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu to the road front front of the 24th west Zone.

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Incheon District Court for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Incheon District Court on May 8, 2017, and on June 8, 2017, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice, such as indictment for the same crime to the Incheon District Court.

On September 2, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 07:45, driven a CSP motor vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the front side of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu to the front side of the 1234 Gyeong-gu, Incheon Bupyeong-gu, in a state of drunk alcohol concentration of 0.09%.
