Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2015, the Defendant needs to pay the Defendant a loan to the victim B at the mutual influence house located in Jinnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and the victim B “in order to receive compensation for the land in Jin-si, the amount of KRW 10 million is required.
The repayment will be made not later than the end of July on the loan of KRW 10 million.
“A false statement” was made.
However, not only did the Defendant did not have the land to receive compensation, but at the time there was a debt equivalent to KRW 35 million, and was thought to have been used for the purpose of paying personal debt by receiving money from the injured party.
The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and was transferred to the account in the name of the defendant from the damaged person to the account in the name of the defendant.
2. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant is unable to pay money to the Defendant in a mutual influence restaurant located in the Si/Eup/Myeon of Jinak-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, with the wind that “the studio deposit is entirely deducted and thrown away to the said victim.”
The deposit shall be paid in 5 million won again, and the house shall be refunded on December 12.
