1. Basic facts

A. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant published the supply of kindergarten sites in B district (hereinafter “instant supply announcement”) on February 23, 2017.

The buyer (applicant) shall be liable to the buyer.

He/she shall accept the various authorization and permission and the details of impact assessment if it is inevitable to change them according to the details of consultation with the relevant agencies during the implementation of the project.

Development plans and implementation plans, approved drawings, construction plans, approval plans for alteration of district plans (including district-unit plans), consultation documents for impact assessment, soil survey reports, various drawings, etc. are placed in LH Ulsan Metropolitan Cooperation Group, so there is no error in the application in advance.
