1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 21,865,10 as well as KRW 20,992,80 among them, from June 27, 2014 to the day of full payment.

According to the evidence evidence No. 1 to 4 of the judgment as to the plaintiff's claim as to the ground for appeal, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff, the transferee of the credit card the interest on the credit card use price of KRW 21,865,110 and the principal amount of KRW 20,992,80,00, calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from June 27, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the base date for calculating the principal and interest.

As to the judgment on the Defendant’s assertion, the Defendant asserted to the effect that the Plaintiff’s assertion on the grounds of claim is groundless since the Defendant filed an application for adjudication of bankruptcy with the Suwon District Court No. 2014Hadan4784. However, even if the Defendant filed an application for adjudication of bankruptcy, etc., as long as the Defendant became final and conclusive as a bankruptcy claim and is not indicated in the list of bankruptcy creditors, any restriction on the exercise of the obligee’

As such, the defendant's argument to the same purport is without merit without further review of the remaining points.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
