Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA blick-ri vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.155% from the 8km section from the 8km section to the road located in Gangnam-si, the central market in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as above at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1, driven the said car and proceeded with the roads located in Gangnam-si C and the two-lanes in front E, along a one-lane radius from the erobbbs.

Since there is a place where the passage of a vehicle is frequent, there was a duty of care for a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle to take the front, rear and left well, and to accurately operate steering devices and brakes, thereby safely changing the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected the above duty of care and changed the fleet into two lanes consecutively, and was the victim F (W, 52 years old) who was proceeding along the two-lanes, and was the front part of the driver's seat of the G observer car driving by the G observer.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as salt pans, tensions, etc., of a shoulder pipe which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.
