The judgment of the court below is reversed.

Judgment

In light of the fact that the defendant made confession of the crime when he was in the trial, and the fact that the defendant has reached an agreement with the victim, the court below's punishment is too unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's assertion is justified.

In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is reasonable, and the judgment of the court below is reversed pursuant to Article 364 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is again decided as follows.
