Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a call service provider B.

No person shall conduct an act in the form of passenger transport business using a truck, special motor vehicle, or two-wheeled motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on March 27, 2013, at around 18:27, on March 27, 2013, the Defendant transported two male and female passengers, who have no cargo, to an apartment with the same passengers on board at the village hall of the Gazon-si, Gazon-si, Gazon-si, Gazon-si, and received the fare of KRW 6,000.

On March 27, 2013, at around 18:47, the Defendant transported two male and female passengers who do not have cargo in a apartment house located in the Southern-gun of Gangwon-do, and received 6,000 won as freight, from the Defendant, to the village hall in the same Ri, and received 6,000 won.

On March 28, 2013, around 09:32, 2013, the Defendant transported two male and female passengers who do not have cargo in front of the restaurant article, and received 6,000 won at the fare, after transporting two male and female passengers on the street in front of the restaurant article, at the same time.

On March 28, 2013, at around 16:02, the Defendant transported two male and female passengers who do not have cargo in the street near the Seongbuk-gun in Saemaeul Mining Complex located, to the street in front of the Myeon Office in the same Myeon, and received KRW 7,000 as freight, from the Defendant.

On March 28, 2013, around 16:25, 2013, the Defendant transported two male and female passengers who do not have cargo on the street in front of the Master Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slive Slives located in the Gangwon-do, and received KRW 5,000 as freight.

As above, the Defendant, from March 27, 2013 to June 16:25, 2013, transported passengers without freight over five occasions on the same month from around 18:27 to around 16:25 of the same month, and used a truck and operated a type of passenger transport business by using the truck, such as collecting a total of KRW 30,000,000.
