A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a third degree of relationship with the victim C (n) and is a relative with the victim.

1. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (voluntary indecent act by blood) committed in a ward located in D at the time of the accident of the victim C (the age of 15 at that time) who was living in his/her own body for a night time on January 13, 2017, reported that the victim was living in his/her cell, and started to use his/her cell phone by inserting his/her hand inside the victim's body, and continuously put his/her finger into his/her leg, which is hard to boom and walk against the victim's body, added his/her breast to the victim's panty, added his/her finger to the victim's body, and continued returning the victim's body to the victim's body, returned the victim's body to the victim's body, followed the victim's son's son's son's son's son's son's son, and continued to reject the victim's son.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the victim's kinship by force.

2. On October 29, 2017, the charges of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Relatives) and violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts by Relatives) were revised according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence to the extent that they do not disadvantage the defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense.

On October 29, 2017, at the defendant's room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 07:10 on October 29, 2017, the defendant had experience in committing indecent acts from the defendant to the victim C (the age of 16 at that time) who has been physically and mentally impaired due to the experience of committing indecent acts from the defendant as stated in the above 1.
