The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case in the absence of a mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles, even though the defendant had knife next to knife two times due to fingers, there was no intention to commit an indecent act, and there was no fact that he had a knife with the victim's arms and side knife as the victim knife, as the victim knife or knife had drawn up.

B. The sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (the fine of 5 million won, the order to complete a program 40 hours, and the employment restriction order 1 year) is too unreasonable.
