A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The injured Defendant was in the relation between the injured party B (n, 56 years of age) and the school restriction relationship for two years, and around April 9, 2020, under the OOBC C where the injured party living in Busan Metropolitan City, on the ground that the injured party saw her her her her her her math, he/she was her her her face by her her hand, with his/her her her her her shoulder and her her hand, she was her her face by five times, with his/her her her her her hand, and the head was faced with four times of the injured party's her her head by her her hand with the wall.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim, i.e., bodily injury on the victim, i.e., bodily injury of two sides and face.

2. On April 9, 2020, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) received a warning from police officers and victims who called to the scene after receiving a report at around 15:35 on the same day; and (b) received a warning from the police officers and victims who called to the site at around 112 on the same day, to enter a password known in advance without the victim’s permission; (c) attempted to open the joint door of the above sub-section in front of the above C heading door door; (d) attempted to go ahead of the above C heading door; (e) attempted to go out of the above sub-heading door, and parked out of the above sub-heading door, which is a dangerous object inside the Defendant’s vehicle, and then cut out with the fla (the length of 22cm); and (e) again, the repair sub-heading the repair sub-section 90,000 square meters in front of the above front door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and damaged the victim's property.
