1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 29,865,00 and the annual interest rate of KRW 15% from July 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant.” The Plaintiff reduced the claimed principal amount to KRW 29,865,00 on December 2, 200 (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the Defendant submitted a formal written objection with the original copy of the payment order, and the Defendant did not thereafter submit a specific response, and thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
