1. 사기 방조 성명 불상자( 일명 D, 위 챗 대화명 ‘E’) 등은 현대저축은행 등 금융기관을 사칭하여 고금리 대출을 저금리 대출로 전환시켜 준다며 기존 대출금 변제 등의 명목으로 금원을 송금 받아 이를 편취하고, 다수의 피해자들에게 신용도를 올리려면 이용 내역을 조작해야 한다며 체크카드와 비밀번호를 전달 받아 이를 범행에 사용하는 소위 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’ 사기 조직원들이다.

On November 8, 2016, around 18:50, the Defendant delivered the G-type corporate bank card from G to the 112-20 square in light of lightyang-si apartment 10,000, and delivered the said bank card to the said company’s account on the name-based cash withdrawal on the above day.

However, the fact is that the nameless person was not an employee of the Hyundai Savings Bank, but a so-called "Ssinging" criminal organization, and there was no intention or ability to convert the victim into a low interest loan.

In this respect, a person who is infinites 1,80,000 won by deceiving the victim F and defrauds 1,80,000 won from that time, and from that time to March 3, 2017 the property amounting to 205,771,175 won shall be acquired through 49 times, such as the first one of the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
