Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a car A6 car in B Arididi.

On May 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.111% during blood transfusion around 08:05, while driving the said car in the influence of alcohol, and led to the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul to proceed in accordance with one lane of the fourth-lane road from the active military room to the backside of the new history.

2. Around 08:05 on May 12, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-A6 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.11%, while under the influence of alcohol, from around 1k to around C-way, from the trade influorite-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the trade influorite-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
