1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 15,00,00 for Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 10,90,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) for each of them, from June 7, 2018 to October 7, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From the year 2015, the Defendant concluded an event contract with E fishing village fraternity located in Newannam-gun, Nannam-gun, and leased the “F (2.81 tons; hereinafter “instant fishing vessel”) of the village fishing ground management vessel (hereinafter “instant fishing vessel”) and carried out diving fishery for gathering natural mountain piracy in the neighboring waters of G.

A person who intends to engage in diving fishery shall obtain permission from the Do Governor for each fishing vessel or fishing gear, and the defendant, without obtaining permission from April 2015 to June 2016, 44 times in operation with H and the defendant alone, and 12 times in operation of diving fishery from April 25, 2018 to June 6, 2018.

B. In general, the Defendant worked for a certain period from March to June.

C. The defendant, when necessary, shall make an oral contract by making a phone call to divings, and shall work with divings, and the defendant shall pay 3,000 won per sea 1km to divings, and after work, the defendant shall pay 3,000 won per sea 1km to divings.
