1. The Defendant shall pay 4,7950,000 won to the Plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 7, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 2, 3, and 4, the Plaintiff may recognize that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 65 million to the Defendant seven times from May 2, 2011 to March 7, 2013. The Plaintiff is a person who received reimbursement of KRW 17 million over 15 times from October 17, 2012 to January 6, 2015.

2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 47.95 million ( KRW 65 million - KRW 17.5 million) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 6, 2016 to the date of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

3. The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
