Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The owner or an employee of a business establishment subject to prohibition of access by or employment of juveniles who violate the Juvenile Protection Act shall verify the age of access persons and prohibit juveniles from entering the business establishment, and no person shall sell, lend, distribute (including sale, lease, or distribute through automatic machines, unmanned vending machines, and communications devices) drugs, etc. harmful to juveniles or provide them free of charge to juveniles;

around 04:00 on May 1, 2017, the Defendant, at around 04:0, sold juvenile harmful drugs, such as E (n, 16 years of age), F (n, 16 years of age), G (n, 16 years of age) and 16 years of age, to the said juveniles without verifying the identification card of the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant’s “D dan” located on the second floor of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s 1st century.

2. No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or request other persons to provide such services at a place where he/she provides food entertainment services for profit;

At around 04:00 on May 1, 2017, the Defendant arranged entertainment workers to provide entertainment services to minors E (n, 16 years old), F (n, 16 years old), G (n, 16 years old), and entertainment workers (n, 16 years old), who had male entertainment workers, in the operation of the Defendant on the 1st floor of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s 3rd underground, with dancing and singing.
