Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Damage to property;

A. On February 10, 2012, at around 18:00, the Defendant damaged the market price by plucking, plucking, plucking, and making the Defendant with a plout at the entrance of the main place for the reason of avoiding himself, such as the Defendant’s satising and throwing away his phone numbers, etc., even though the Defendant attempted to talk with the victim at the “D” main point of operation of the Busan B victim C (M, 54 years old).

B. At around 18:00 on March 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) caused damage to the market price by breaking and destroying a chemical part at the entrance of the main shop, which the victim was able to send the Defendant a complaint at the place under the preceding paragraph for the same reason; (b) caused the damage to the Defendant’s property by drinking a chemical part at the entrance of the main shop.

C. On March 13, 2012, at around 17:00, the Defendant attempted to visit the victim at the place under the preceding paragraph, but, on the ground that the entrance entrance of the main entrance was locked, destroyed the market-free property by cutting the two chemical and the one-half of the glass dispute at the entrance of the main entrance.

2. The Defendant assaulted the victim C at the time, place, etc. described in Article 1-2(2) on the same ground, along with the victim’s bath, by drinking together with the victim’s bath.

3. On March 13, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim by force, such as by inserting a white paint into the stairs of the said main place, thereby preventing the victims and customers from having access normally.
