Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had not made an appraisal due to the ordinary land boundary dispute.

As the violence from C was caused, I tried to interfere with the passage of farming machinery, vehicles, etc. by blocking the roads leading to farmland from the warehouse where agricultural machinery, such as black land, etc. is kept.

On May 25, 2015, at around 11:00, the Defendant obstructed the flow of vehicles, agricultural machinery, etc. by blocking the street, and allowing them to pass through the passage of vehicles, agricultural machinery, etc. by blocking the road by allowing them to set a fence on the roads adjacent to the Defendant’s house located in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Cheongyang-gun, and by allowing them to build a fence on the roads of 3 meters in width leading to farming from the warehouse to the farm.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the traffic of the land.
