Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A as a radiation engineer, A is the chief engineer (public health class 3) of a DNA image department in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City in the Goyang-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is the Grade 5 senior radiation engineer in the general image department in the public health department in the D video department.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business related to the leakage of DNA film examination questions at the Defendant’s DNA film department and ultra-wave room, while working as a youth intern in the Defendant’s DNA film department and the ultra-wave room, had the Defendant undergo the written examination of the employment examination of DNA film department and CT image room (regular performance test) in 2018 by using DNA film department and CT image department and CT image room, which created friendship with the Defendant’s day-to- day-day group, and 30 questions in the field of DNA film and health (regular performance test). Around 16:20 on January 12, 2018, the Defendant had the Defendant see the 10th day-to-day group and 8th day-to-day group with the 1st day-to-day unit of DNA hospital and 1st day-to-day group with the 30th day-to-day unit of DNA film and the 1st day-to-day unit of DNA film and the 18th day-to-day unit of oral examination.

B. The Defendant interfered with the business related to the employment and interview of D image department and temporary position with H on February 23, 2018 in the written examination of D image department and health (regular) employment examination conducted by the Defendant on February 23, 2018 and applied for a temporary employment examination conducted by interview after falling short of points in other fields except for the ultra-frequency field, and passing the examination, the Defendant’s temporary employment interview was conducted on March 20, 2018 at the H technician’s office located on the first floor of D video department and temporary position in D video department in the year 2018.
