Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered that there was a concealment of B4th floor of the house entrance of the commercial building in the B-4th floor at the Government-si around 23:20 minutes; (b) found that C passed; (c) made the Defendant turn on the stairs of the building of the first floor; and (d) cut off the sexual flag by hand.

In other words, the patently obscene acts, such as making C feel a sense of sexual humiliation, by shaking C several times.
