[2015 order 813] (Defendants)
1. Obstruction of Defendants’ duties
A. From around 09:55 on June 4, 2014 to 13:00 on the same day, the Defendants conspired with the victim foundation G (hereinafter “victim Foundation”) located in the F, etc. of the Republic of Korea from around 09:5 to around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant’s final judgment was determined by the court’s final judgment that “Embine and this frame of payment” was 4123 Busan High Court 201Na 9273 at the Ulsan District Court’s 201Na 2011Na 9273 case.
