Part I General Regulations Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. (a) All matters related to the structure of a franchise store, internal and external places of the franchise store, the arrangement of facilities of the franchise store, and facilities of the franchise store;

(b) Operation know-hows;

(c) Purchasers of various goods, etc.;

(d)the term “same type of business” means a type of business in which competition on the franchise disclosure statement is prohibited;
