A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2017 Highest 1074,” was a de facto marital relationship with a victim C (V, 52 years of age), and is currently living in a building company located at a distance of about 50 meters from the “E”, a welfare facility for the operation of the victim in Tong-si, Tong-si.

On March 14, 2017, the Defendant received a provisional protective order with the purport that “not more than 100 meters of access from the victim’s residence and workplace until a victim’s protective order is determined” in the Changwon District Court’s Tong branch branch branch order, and the same court issued a protective order with the content of “not more than 50 meters of access from the victim’s residence and workplace (excluding the company house buildings located in Tong-si, Si-si)” until November 21, 2017.

피고인은 2017. 6. 26. 09:00 경 위 피해자보호명령을 위반하여 위 복지시설 부엌 옆 창고에 들어가 창고에서 드라이버 2개 및 몽 키 스패너 1개를 가지고 나가고, 위 드라이버 등을 손에 쥔 채 피해자가 식료품 정리 등의 일을 하고 있는 부엌에 들어가 피해자의 주거 및 직장에서 50미터 이내에 접근하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with a victim protective order.

The Defendant of “2017 Highest 1216” was a de facto marital relationship with the victim C (V, 53 years of age), and the victim is a person who operates “E” as a facility for the disabled in Sinyoung-si.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. At around 09:00 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant deducted the key of the FF passenger cars (vehicles of the above facilities for the disabled) that are scheduled to operate a water play under the supervision of the Association for Persons with Disabilities on the ground that the victim does not take the seat of himself/herself from the sports site above E on the ground that the victim does not take the seat of himself/herself.

Down 2-hours, such as blocking vehicles without notice, interfered with the operation of vehicles of victims for about two hours.

B. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as before and after around 11:00 on December 8, 2016, a G vehicle in which the victim is driving for the same reason as that of the preceding paragraph.
