Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,00 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act by the 27th Army General Military Court.

On June 3, 2020, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven Dworka car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.154% over five meters on the front of C Real Estate located in Sinung-si B.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
