1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
B. From September 5, 2015 to the delivery date of the above building.
Reasons
1. On August 29, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the order to the Defendant for two million won; (b) monthly rent of KRW 250,000 (payment on the fifth of each month); and (c) the period of two years.
The defendant did not pay monthly rent from August 2015, and the above lease contract was terminated at the expiration of the term.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
