Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2017, at around 22:35, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (47 cm, South Korea) who is parking management in the public parking lot in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, against the body of the victim on the part of the main set of vehicles parked behind the victim while guiding the location of the vehicle parked in the public parking lot in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
