Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person working as a mechanical design vice head of C in Yangsan-si, and D is a police officer (class mitigation) who exercises overall control over the investigation of the case received and distributed to the team as the team leader of the Yangsan Police Station E team from January 31, 2019.
