피고인은 2015. 8. 10. 00:50 경 서울 은평구 B에 있는 C 병원 응급 실내에서 진료를 돕고 있던 병원 보안요원인 피해자 D에게 “ 씨 발 놈 아, 개새끼야, 이 좃 같은 새끼야 ”라고 욕을 하면서 주먹을 휘두르는 등 약 4시간 동안 위력으로 피해자의 병원업무를 방해하였다.
